Our Cleaning Products
At Fresh Aura Cleaning, we hold our customers and the environment in high regard. We value transparency, and as such, we are eager to disclose the quality cleaning products we use in our clients' homes.
Our staff undergoes training with a "less is better" approach, prioritizing the use of environmentally safe products whenever possible. While most of our cleaners are eco-friendly, there are instances where non-green cleaners are necessary to effectively eliminate specific types of harmful bacteria, spores, and viruses like the coronavirus.
We continually assess new cleaners and products to ensure our customers receive the best results with minimal impact on the environment. If there are particular products that might cause reactions or if clients prefer to use their own products, we are more than happy to accommodate such requests.
We take pride in utilizing Shark® brand bagless vacuum cleaners equipped with DuoClean technology. Whenever possible, we prefer to use our own vacuums. However, if a client's pet has regular accidents, we may need to use the client's vacuum upon request, provided it is in good working order. Please note that we do not provide maintenance or troubleshooting issues with customer-owned vacuums.
For your convenience, we supply all cleaning supplies, and the cleaning fee includes the cost of our high-quality cleaners, cleaning cloths, mops, buckets, brooms, and vacuums.
